We have a large number of drivers distributed throughout the city and are continuously ensuring their quality and performance.
What if the food is delivered late?
If the food is delivered late and the order is canceled, your restaurant will receive a cancellation email explaining the reason for the cancellation. If the reason is due to our driver, we will cover 100% of the food cost, while GrubHub only covers 70%.
The percentage can range, depending on the agreement each restaurant has with us. However, we guarantee that the combined fees of our service and those from GrubHub, DoorDash, etc., will always be lower than what you are currently paying to those companies.
No, the restaurant only needs to prepare the food; we handle everything else. We receive every delivery order at the same time as you do. Just a few minutes after the order is placed, our driver will arrive at the restaurant to pick up the food.
